"USELESS!" Seth was furious to hear that Ishtar and Horus escaped. He was in his throne room, within his palace, Palace Yahweh. The soldiers in front of him were on their knees.
Sitting on the two sides of the room was Thoth, Ma'at, Nephthys, three Senior Commanders of Seth and four other senior staffers.
Nephthys is Seth's wife, it was an arranged marriage, she is also Ishtar's older sister and like Ishtar, Nephthys is an Amazonian.
Nephthys doesn't like Seth very much. Like Ishtar, Nephthys long seen Seth's military coup intentions. She too warned Osiris, of it, so did Ishtar, Thoth and Ma'at, but Osiris won't listen, trusting his brother too much.
"I want them found. I WANT THEM KILLED!" Seth yelled
"Yes, my Lord," the soldier said and prepared to leave
"Wait a second" Thoth quickly stood up and said,
The soldiers that were leaving stopped.
"That might not be a good idea, My Lord" Thoth said
"What you mean it is not a good idea? How am I going to be the legitimate pharaoh, with Horus still alive? They need to die!" Seth said angrily
"With Osiris dead, Horus and Ishtar missing, who would argue with you, if you claim they are dead? Who would think they are still alive, once you declare them dead?" Thoth said
"What is your point?" Seth said
"My Lord, if you send your people out there to kill them right now. You acknowledge to the world that Horus is alive. And if Horus is alive, you are not the legitimate Pharaoh, people that hate you, would continue to rally together and fight you, in Horus' name and the rest that are not willing to submit to your rule, would refuse to submit, because you are not the legitimate pharaoh, but, if Horus is dead. You are the legitimate Pharaoh, who would challenge you?" Thoth said "Tell the world that Ishtar and Horus are dead. Osiris is already dead. Now, let them believe Horus and Ishtar are also dead. Find the corps of a passed away woman and passed away baby and tell the world that this is the corps of Ishtar and Horus and you my Lord, should sit on the pharaoh’s throne chair, if any still refuse to submit to your rule. They refuse the rule of their pharaoh. What else can make your rule seem more legitimate?" Thoth said
“And what should we do about Horus and Ishtar?” Seth said
“Queen Ishtar is merely a girl. Without her crown, what threat can she be to the great General Seth?” Thoth said
“You dare to insult the Amazons!” Nephthys said angrily. Not understanding Thoth is trying to save Ishtar and Horus’ life.
“My Lady, I apologize, but as much as the school of the Amazons, train fine warriors, Ishtar is still merely one young woman against an army.” Thoth said
Seth thought for a second “So be it, declare to the world that Osiris, Ishtar and Horus are dead, find the corps and dress them in the clothing of nobles and I should assent to the throne, to become the pharaoh of the world.”
“What of Min, my Lord.” The soldier still on his knee, in front of Seth asked
“Kill him.” Seth replied
“May I advise otherwise, My Lord?” Thoth said
“What is it this time?” Seth asked
“Min is a loyal servant. If we can persuade him to serve you, he will be a great asset. Keep him alive and lock in the dungeon and persuade him to change side and only release him, when he comes to our side.” Thoth said
“Fine, I will let you to try persuade him, Thoth.” Seth said
“Yes, My Lord.” Thoth said

Thoth walked through the hallway of Palace Yahweh. There were guards standing there on guard duty, each guard was equipped with a wooden shield and a wooden spear. They wear no armor.
Nephthys approached Thoth.
"Lord Thoth" Nephthys called out to Thoth
"My Lady" Thoth replied
"May I have a word with you in private." Nephthys said
"Of course, My Lady" Thoth replied
They walked into a private location, with no guards.
Nephthys slapped Thoth across his face angrily
"Out of all people, you are the last I expect to betray Osiris." Nephthys said angrily
"Betray him, how did I betray him? The star has spoken, we try to change it, it didn't work. Osiris got a blind spot when it comes to his brother, we all know that. We told him Seth cannot be trusted, but he won't listen. There is nobody he trusts more to be the General of his army. Well, his brother betrayed him and killed him. I am just trying to survive this." Thoth said
"And you give Seth ideas how to take the throne. What about Ishtar. What about Horus. Or have you forgotten your oath, when you were appointed as the Chancellor." Nephthys said
"And what you want me to do? What I did there, it was call saving their life. Do you think Ishtar really stand a chance against an entire army, on her own? Even the best Amazonian cannot take on an army by herself and you know that. At least this way, it gives them a chance to survive. We got Seth's men to stop chasing after them, didn't we?" Thoth said
